Job Duties:
•Achieving sales goals, cost control and profitability.

•Purchasing and managing inventory through our web-based inventory system. •Upholding the highest standards of food sanitation and quality.
•Embodying and inspiring company philosophy, culture and commitment to quality food and exemplary service.
•Hiring, training and developing hospitality-focused team members, while maintaining respectful, professional interactions with fellow employees, customers and suppliers.
•Ensuring all products and purchases meet company sustainability guidelines.
•Utilizing comprehensive forecasting systems regarding food production, inventory, labor and scheduling.
•Complying with all federal, state and local statutes, as well as company policies and procedures.
•Managing the performance of hourly team members in order to produce the efficient execution of all kitchen operations.
•Consistently enforcing standards for recipe adherence, and food preparation, production and presentation.
•Ensuring all products and ingredients are purchased following company purchasing standards and sustainability commitments.
•Overseeing customer service issues with an eye toward meeting and exceeding expectations of customer and client satisfaction.

•3~5 years high-volume restaurant experience as an Assistant Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef.
•2 years high-volume restaurant experience as a Kitchen Manager / Chef. •Culinary degree or certification preferred. 
•“ServSafe” Certification preferred.
•Ability to work flexible schedule of days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
